Making people care about the Planet
I am a Danish nature photographer and documentary filmmaker working across the world. From wildlife in Argentina to a mountain retreat in Honduras, and Danish fisheries research, I explore and share the stories of nature in many forms.

The more you know, the more you care.
That belief drives my work: to share nature’s beauty and complexity so that people everywhere can connect with it.

Documentary & Nature Projects
I create documentaries and visual stories that bring nature closer to people. Some projects are personal journeys into wild landscapes, others are developed in collaboration with research institutions.

Sin Rumbo
An inspiring story of building a meaningful life in the mountains of Honduras.

Race for Oceans – The Hidden Ocean Threat!
A visual storytelling project supporting the international movement connecting sport, beach clean-ups, and ocean awareness. Through film and photography, I documented the energy of the participants and the urgent message of protecting our seas from plastic pollution.
Exhibitions & Art Projects
In 2025, my photographs of local wildlife were exhibited in Veinticinco de Mayo, Argentina. The municipal environmental department hosted the opening, and the response from the community was overwhelming.
I aim to expand this work – bringing nature photography into public spaces, helping communities rediscover the richness of their own landscapes. Exhibitions and installations are another way of telling the same story: that knowledge, wonder, and beauty awaken care.

Research & Collaborations
My work is not only artistic – it is also scientific. I collaborate with researchers, universities, and NGOs to document biodiversity, visualize data, and make research accessible to a wider audience.
From fisheries research in Denmark to biodiversity monitoring in Latin America, my projects combine fieldwork, imagery, and storytelling to bridge the gap between science and society.
Because the more you know, the more you care.
Let’s work together to bring knowledge to life.

About
My name is Marc Skjødt Pedersen. I have dedicated my life to exploring and sharing the beauty and complexity of nature. My work spans wildlife documentaries, fine art photography, and collaborations with research institutions such as DTU Aqua in Denmark.
I believe that the more knowledge we share, the more care and responsibility we can inspire. That is why my approach blends scientific storytelling with artistic expression – different ways to open the door to nature.
